My Story
I am a naturopathic doctor and doula, and I dedicate my time in practice to help families improve their health and reach the life they envision. I focus in pre-conception to pediatrics, and also work with pain management.
I believe that the body has its own innate ability to heal itself, and use modalities that are in line with this belief. I use acupuncture and Chinese medicine, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle and diet counseling, and IV/injection therapy to help my patients.
I am committed to the highest quality of care. I happily serve her community in Mandarin, Cantonese and French and welcome people from all ages and all walks of life.
I am a registered naturopathic doctor with the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND), the College of Naturopathic Doctors of Alberta (CNDA) and Alberta Association of Naturopathic Doctors (AAND).

Naturopathic medicine is an approach to treating the health of people based on its six core principles. It blends modern scientific knowledge with traditional and natural forms of medicine, often favouring natural and low intensity interventions.
In naturopathic medicine, a person is treated as a whole, with symptoms seen as signals from the body that something is going on, either improper functioning of the body or repeated insults from the environment. Treatment is based on the belief that the body is capable of healing itself and interventions are used to stimulate and support the healing process.
